Probity Checks (background checks)
Employment within some areas of Ardent is conditional upon passing a pre-employment probity check. This may include a criminal history check, a check with the regulatory authorities or bankruptcy check. This information is required to help us assess your suitability to the role that you have applied for. You will be advised if you are required to complete any of these checks. Your application will not be able to proceed if any of these are not conducted.
If you are under the age of 18, you will be required to complete further relevant checks.
The existence of a prior criminal record, claim or judgement or other information relating to the questions on this form will only be taken into account where relevant and will not necessarily make you ineligible for employment with Ardent.
